Annie qualified at Bristol University in 1989 and worked in local practices before joining Graham at his Whiteladies Road practice in 1994. In 2000 the practice relocated to its present address in Alma Road, Clifton, and Annie became a partner. During her time in general practice Annie has completed many postgraduate courses and achieved a Diploma of Post Graduate Dental Surgery in 2000. She has also held a clinical assistant position at the Department of Oral and Maxillo-facial surgery at Frenchay Hospital for two years, consequently gaining experience in the extraction of wisdom teeth and other surgical procedures. Annie has been carrying out implant work for over 10 years and also offers a full range of cosmetic treatment including tooth whitening.

Ediz graduated from the School for Oral and Dental Sciences at the University of Bristol. Upon graduation, he spent a year in a general dental practice in Bristol before undertaking further training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Oral Medicine, Paediatric Dentistry, and Restorative Dentistry. His further training took place in various specialist units in hospitals in the South West, including Bristol Dental Hospital. During his hospital training, Ediz also worked in a private dental practice in Cheltenham providing aesthetic dentistry. In 2007 he completed his Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Ediz is hugely enthusiastic about his own professional development and has been taught by dental experts from across Europe and America. He has completed two further postgraduate degrees; a Diploma in Dental Conscious Sedation at King’s College London and a four year training programme in Dental Implantology at the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute at University College London. Ediz is a part time Clinical Teaching Fellow at Bristol Dental Hospital and South Bristol Community Hospital. He teaches undergraduates in the Oral Surgery Department and postgraduates undertaking their Certificate in Clinical Conscious Sedation and Anxiety Management. He is also a supervisor on the Bristol University Open Learning for Dentists (BUOLD) course. Ediz has been one of the principal dentists at Clifton Down Dental Practice since 2012. He has been accepting referrals for implant treatment, oral surgery and sedation procedures for several years. He uses all major implant systems and is a member of the International Team of Implantology (ITI), as well as the Association of Dental Implantology (ADI).

Katie graduated from University of Bristol in 2009 and remained in Long Ashton to successfully complete her vocational training. She moved to Plymouth working in a busy family practice where she continued to improve her skills and joined the team at Alma Road in 2013. In dentistry, she is particularly interested in working with children and nervous patients and she is a member of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons (MFDS RCS Eng.)

Roger trained at Birmingham Dental Hospital qualifying in 1984. The following 5 year period was spent developing skills in hospital services including 3 years as a Registrar in Restorative Dentistry. He spent the following 7 years in general dental practice before returning to hospital services at Bristol where he completed Specialist training in Restorative Dentistry and gained a Consultant post in 2003. He has lectured extensively particularly in Periodontology and published a number of papers in peer reviewed journals.

Sharon has been a member of the team since 1994. She qualified as a dental hygienist in 1991 and has worked in hospital, NHS and private dentistry. She has been an active member of her professional association both at regional and national level. Sharon's aim is to provide effective dental care and oral health and prides herself on striving for pain-free treatment. Sharon works closely with all the dentists in providing gum treatment and oral hygiene advice.

Stephanie qualified from Bristol University in 2010 as a Dental Hygiene Therapist and was pleased to be awarded the Dentsply Award for Highest Level of Practical Achievement. She is regional secretary for The British Society of Dental Hygiene Therapy. Since she qualified Stephanie has been working in London in a west end Private practice, Royal London Hospital and the City where she worked closely with dentists to provide excellent periodontal care. She is passionate about her job and enjoys caring for her patients particularly treating anxious patients. Stephanie recently moved back to Bristol with her partner and two young children and is thoroughly enjoying 'country living!' Stephanie enjoys cooking, playing and listening to music and keeping fit.

Hannah has worked in dentistry for 16 years and progressed her career by qualifying as a hygienist with a distinction from Essex University. Eating out and trying new foods are one of Hannah’s favourite ways to spend her spare time in between visiting museums and art exhibitions. When at home relaxing Hannah’s hobbies include knitting and listening to music.

Julie qualified as a dental nurse in 1989. She has attended a number of training courses during her time at the practice including four-handed dentistry and is also an implant and sedation trained nurse. She joined the practice in 1999, following Maternity leave in 2003, Julie returned as our Practice Administrator. More recently Julie has been appointed as our Practice Manager and is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Practice, ensuring that all our Practice Policies are in place.

Carol trained both in general practice and at Bristol Dental Hospital gaining her qualification in 1998. Both before and after joining the practice in 2004, Carol has undertaken several training courses. She has attained qualifications in radiography and is also an implant trained nurse.
